Hello pumpkin season! Fall is my favorite time of year because the leaves are changing, cooler weather, and pumpkin everything! GNC launched a new seasonal favorite, Pumpkin Cheesecake protein powder! We offer this delicious fall flavor in Total Lean® Lean Shake™ 25 and AMP WheybolicTM. We created two versions of this Pumpkin Spiced Cold Brew to tailor it to your goals. This recipe is easy to use left over coffee (but really, who has left over coffee) and add in a few ingredients with a scoop of protein powder and shake it up for an iced coffee treat with the favorite pumpkin flavor!
Option 1: Pumpkin Cheesecake Flavored Protein Powder
Ingredients
– 8 ounces cold brew
– Sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg
– 1 scoop GNC Total Lean® Lean Shake™ 25 Pumpkin Cheesecake or 2 scoops GNC AMP Whybolic Pumpkin Cheesecake
Directions
Add all ingredients to a shaker bottle and blend. Pour over ice and enjoy.

Option 2: Vanilla flavored protein powder and pumpkin puree

Ingredients
– ⅓ cup pumpkin, 100% pure, canned
– ¼ tsp. nutmeg spice
– ½ cup brewed coffee
– 1 scoop GNC Total Lean® Lean Shake™ 25 French Vanilla
– ¾ cup almond milk, vanilla unsweetened
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender, secure lid and blend. Pour over ice and enjoy.
