Ingredients

– 1 scoop Total Lean® Lean Shake™ 25 – French Vanilla

– ½ cup skim milk

– ½ cup water

– ½ banana

– ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender. Add 1 cup ice. Blend well. Serve immediately.
