Ingredients

– 2 Tbsp. peanut butter

– 1 scoop GNC AMP Sustained Protein Blend – Peanut Butter Puffs

– 1 Tbsp. MCT Oil

– 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened

– 6-8 ice cubes
