Ingredients
– 1 3/4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (not instant oats)
– 2 scoops GNC Total Lean® Lean Shake™ 25 – French Vanilla (~100g)
– ½ cup sugar
– ½ tsp. baking soda
– 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
– 1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
– ½ tsp. salt
– 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
– 2 large egg whites
– ¼ cup unsweetened apple sauce
– 3 medium bananas, mashed
– ¼ cup skim milk
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl. Slowly add dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Pour mixture into a bread pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake your bread on 350F for around 35-40 minutes.
