Ingredients
– 1 pint strawberries, cleaned and hulled (fresh or frozen)
– 1 package (3.9 oz) vanilla instant pudding (fat + sugar free)
– 2 cups skim milk
– 4 scoops GNC Total Lean® Lean Shake™ 25 (Mixed Berry)
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and process until well combined. Transfer mixture to popsicle molds and place in freezer until solid.
