How To Use

Add one level scoop to 8oz. of water, nonfat milk, or your favorite beverage. You can use more or less liquid to meet your desired taste and calorie needs. Shake well in a shaker until dissolved. Whey protein can be added to any food, including yogurt.

Love this protein!
Tried this a couple months ago as a supplement absolutely love it. It mixes very well as a suggestion from a store employee use one scoop add low acid orange juice and ice so so good have a shake every morning for breakfast!

A bit too sweet tasting.
I do like the consistency of the protein, like most isolates it is thin like water, however I do find this brand to be much sweeter than some others I have tried.

BEST ANSWER: No. This is not sold in stores and GNC will pick the longest and most inconvenient routes for delivery. It is a great product but a hassle to get. Words of advise, shop around.
