Adults take 2 capsules 2 times daily with at least 10-12 ounces of water and drink immediately. If you feel stomach discomfort reduce the dosage by half. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking.
Use Super Colon Cleanse about every 2 months and for not more than 10 days at a time.
Children (6-12 years): Half the adult dosage.
Store below 86°F, Filled by weight not volume, product may settle during handling and shipping.
