Soy’s nutritional composition offers many health benefits. It includes isoflavones that may provide support maintaining bone density and a healthy cardiovascular system. These isoflavones also act as mild estrogens. In addition to these isoflavones, soy supplies phytic acid, which may provide antioxidant support. Each serving combines these important, naturally occurring isoflavones with 13 grams of soy protein. The FDA has determined that diets low in saturated fat and cholesterol, including 25 grams of soy protein a day, may reduce the risk of heart disease.

GNC SuperFoods Soy Protein features an exceptionally high-quality soy protein that is processed with water, rather than harsh alcohol. By using water, the integrity of soy’s naturally occurring isoflavones are preserved.

Excellent Unflavored Soy Protein Powder
The unflavored protein powder I previously used is no longer available. I prefer unflavored soy powder for my smoothies. I found this one at a GNC store and gave it a try. Excellent. I don’t like the taste of whey powders so was pleased to find this. The only problem is that GNC stores often don’t have it in stock. However, it is available on GNC’s website so no problem ordering but you have to pay shipping unless your order is over $50.

Tastes fine, dissolves well enough in milk.
I recommend this product. I like the taste. I drink it in milk, and it dissolves enough, and quickly enough to be enjoyable.

Very Effective Product
I am a long time GNC customer and have been using this product for many years now and find that it is extremely effective for post menopausal syptoms.

Over the years the price has gone up and down and presently is very expensive ($1.30/oz).
Due to the expense I searched for other soy proteins and tried Jarrow's Soy Protein Powder (very reasonably priced @ $0.46/oz).
Well I was shocked at how in a week or so of not using my usual GNC soy protein the symptoms came back and my joints were aching and walking was again painful.
After realizing why this might be happening I went back on GNC soy and only after a few days I was fine again.
I don't know why but it is the only soy protein that works for me.
It actually makes a difference in my quality of life.
I love it!

Is it a meal replacement powder? Do you feel fill after using this product? then, how long?
A shopper on Jul 10, 2016
BEST ANSWER: I purchased this product to replace the soy protein powder that I was using from H. I still have the other flavored shakes (choc, salted caramel, etc.), but they need protein mixed in with it to give substance to it. That is how I remain satisfied with the shakes. I'll post a reply as to how long I stay full after I try the two together. This protein powder is certainly more affordable than the other company. I'm glad I found it.
