GIFT CARDS
To check the balance of your GNC gift card, visit our gift card page.

You may use your GNC gift card towards any purchases online at gnc.com or in any GNC in the United States. To use online at gnc.com, please enter the gift card number and pin number that appears on the back of your gift card. Gift cards will only be accepted as payment for online purchases in US Dollars. If your purchase exceeds the balance of the gift card(s), you must pay for the rest of the purchase with your credit card. Currently, you may redeem up to ten gift cards at a time when placing an order online. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase GNC gift cards. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

SALES TAX
By law, we must collect applicable sales tax for orders shipping to all 50 states in the United States. Shipping fees may also be subject to tax in certain states. The sales tax for an order will be displayed in the Order Summary once the shipping address has been entered. Sales tax does not apply to purchases of Donations and Gift Cards

PAYPAL
PayPal can be used as a method of payment on gnc.com. It enables any individual or business with an e-mail address to securely send payments online. With a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account or PayPal account balance. Your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by the seller or merchant, and you're 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.
PayPal Conditions:

If you select PayPal as your payment option, you will continue through the standard checkout process then automatically proceed to paypal.com to complete your payment.

Once you have been redirected to paypal.com, you will have 25 minutes to complete the payment before your order is dropped.

If PayPal is used for payment, all returned products must be sent by mail, not brought to physical stores.

PayPal currently cannot be used by Customers with a Canadian shipping and/or billing address.

How can I change or add a new payment method?

You can add a new payment method to your account by following these steps. 


  1. Click My Account 
  2. Click Payments 
  3. Click Add Payment 
  4. Set the new card as your default 
When will I be charged for the item that I order?

When you place an order, we put an authorization hold on your credit card in the amount of your order. This hold secures the funds and is not charged until your order ships. 


If your order is canceled for any reason, GNC will send an authorization reversal to your bank. 


The exact amount of time until the hold is removed from your account is determined by your bank or credit card company, so the time frame may vary.
